About the Event

In our 20th Capability Program, you develop yourself while making a difference in Mongolia, the land of the blue sky. You will co-create a new social enterprise to improve the job and life chances of people in the countryside. Two professional business and leadership coaches accompany you to develop your business and leadership skills along your learning journey.

This part-time program involves 16 learning days over 6 months. The module dates are:

Module 1: Apr 6-8, 2022, Zurich or online

Module 2: May 14-21, 2022, Mongolia or online

Module 3: July 27-29, 2022, online

Module 4: Oct 6-7, 2022, Zurich or online

You earn 9 ECTS from WHU, Germany‘s leading business school, by attending this program. The 9 ECTS can be combined with additional lectures at WHU leading to a miniMBA diploma by WHU. Or you can take this program as 25% of the ECTS you need to earn a full MBA. Go to https://ee.whu.edu for more information.

The participation fee amounts EUR 12.500. An early-bird fee of EUR 11,500 applies for those who reserve a spot or apply before October 6, 2021. We offer discounts to individuals, NGOs and organizations sending 3 or more candidates. Please contact us for a personalized offer. Excluding accommodation travel expenses to Switzerland and Mongolia. 

You may reserve your spot for free for up to 4 weeks given spots are still available in the program. Latest after 4 weeks, you will need to click here to apply and participate in a 45 minutes online interview. After the interview, we decide together with you on whether you are admitted to the program.

Above all, your safety is most important to us. Given the current pandemic situation, we offer on-site, semi-virtual and fully virtual options to participate in this program. We comply with government and other relevant regulations. The format will be decided jointly together with you and your team well ahead of program start.
