About the Event

In our 21st Capability Program, you develop yourself while making a difference in Cambodia, the land of smiles. You will co-create a new social enterprise to improve the job and life chances of people in a rural area. Two professional business and leadership coaches accompany you to develop your business and leadership skills along your learning journey.

This part-time program involves 16 learning days over 6 months. The module dates are:

Module 1: Oct 5-7, 2022, Zurich

Module 2: Oct 29-Nov 5, 2022, Cambodia

Module 3: Jan 25-27, 2023, online

Module 4: Apr 20-21, 2023, Zurich

You earn a Certification on leadership and social entrepreneurship, equivalent to 9 ECTS from WHU, Germany‘s leading business school, by attending this program.  For WHU's admissions procedure a proof of a Bachelor’s or equivalent first degree and at least 2 years of post-graduate work experience is needed.

The participation fee amounts EUR 12.500. An early-bird fee of EUR 11.500 applies for those who reserve a spot or apply before April 6, 2022. We offer discounts to individuals, NGOs and organizations sending 3 or more candidates. Please contact us for a personalized offer. Excluding accommodation travel expenses to Switzerland and Cambodia.

You may reserve your spot for free for up to 4 weeks given spots are still available in the program. Latest after 4 weeks, you will need to click here to apply and participate in a 45 minutes online interview. After the interview, we decide together with you on whether you are admitted to the program.

Above all, your safety is most important to us. Given the current pandemic situation, we offer on-site, semi-virtual and fully virtual options to participate in this program. We comply with government and other relevant regulations. The format will be decided jointly together with you and your team well ahead of program start.
