Develop as a leader whilst creating lasting impact. This programs runs in collaboration with WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. Earn a Certificate in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship with 9 ECTS points.

About the Event
In our 23rd Capability Program, you develop into a purpose-driven leader whilst making a difference in a disadvantaged community. You will co-create a new social enterprise to improve the job and life chances of people in disadvantaged communities. Two professional business and leadership coaches accompany you to develop your business and leadership skills along your learning journey.
In order to apply for the program, go to the program page on the WHU WebSite and click on Apply now. You will be taken through an application form. Following your application, we will invite you to a 45 minutes online interview to learn more about your motivation and give you the chance to ask questions. After the interview, we decide jointly whether we embark on this exciting learning journey together.
This part-time program involves 16 learning days over 6 months. The module dates are:
Module 1: Apr 9-11, 2025, Switzerland
Module 2: May 10-17, 2025, Project country *)
Module 3: Jul 16-18, 2025, Switzerland
Module 4: Oct 16-17, 2025, Switzerland
*) The project country will be announced by October 31, 2024, following a global call for applications.
You earn a Certificate in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship, equivalent to 9 ECTS from WHU, Germany‘s leading business school, by attending this program. For WHU's admissions procedure a proof of a Bachelor’s or equivalent first degree and at least 2 years of post-graduate work experience is needed. If you do not have a first degree, please contact us for alternative solutions.
The participation fee amounts EUR 12.500 per candidates excluding travel costs. An early bird reduction of EUR 1.000 is available for anyone applying before October 8, 2024. Discounts apply for organizations sending 3 or more candidates. Individual applicants without organizational support qualify for an income-based fee reduction.
You may reserve your spot for free for up to 4 weeks given spots are still available in the program. Latest after 4 weeks, you will need to apply in the WHU Application Center for the Capability Program and participate in a 45 minutes online interview. After the interview, we decide together with you on whether you are admitted to the program.
