About the Event
In our fully virtual Capability Program, you develop as a purpose-driven leader while making a difference in deprived community. You will co-create a new social enterprise to improve the job and life chances of people in Mongolia or Sri Lanka. Ramona Bischoff, Boris Billing and Santiago Mayo Lago will accompany you to develop your business and leadership skills along your learning journey as professional business and leadership coaches.
This 4-month part-time program involves a set of scheduled virtual sessions along with a lot of freedom for you and your team mates to act as entrepreneurs at your own pace. During the program, you will benefit from personal coaching sessions to transfer the learnings to your professional and private environment.
The participation fee amounts EUR 12.500. We offer discounts to individuals, NGOs and organizations sending 3 or more candidates. Please contact us for a personalized offer.
You may reserve your spot for free for up to 4 weeks given spots are still available in the program. Latest after 4 weeks, you will need to click here to apply and participate in a 45 minutes online interview. After the interview, we decide together with you on whether you are admitted to the program.
