Organizations

Are you looking for

high-performance teams?

In order to succeed in a globalized world, organizations need a transformational non-hierarchical leadership structure, empowered team members, relentless focus on impact and adaptive technology platforms and processes, as well as an inclusive and agile culture.

Gaining insight into growth markets and developing a deep understanding of different cultures have become as crucial as learning new skills such as how to work in diverse, self-organized teams and to adapt to change.

"BOOKBRIDGE supports us to boost impact by bringing together promising entrepreneurs and the best Swiss Re talents."

—  Stefan Huber Fux, Head Swiss Re Foundation

This is what we deliver.

Our action learning programs empower your key talents to step up and take responsibility in your organization.

  1. Strengthen entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Our program builds the self-confidence of your key talents to think and act as entrepreneurs in your organization. They experience what design thinking and lean startup means by setting up a worthwhile tangible business.

  2. Foster agility and new ways of leadership
Your employees learn how to lead with purpose rather than with hierarchy and budget. They are challenged to be agile in an unknown environment. This prepares them to become an effective leader in new territories..

  3. Engage your employees
Many employees strive to make a difference with what they do. Through our offering, you support them and your organization in responsible corporate citizenship.

How does it work?

We embrace a 100% learning by doing approach: instead of studying concepts and theories in a classroom, we give leaders a real entrepreneurial challenge in an emerging market. We believe that they develop most outside of their comfort zone.

Two professional coaches accompany them on their learning journey, equipping them with all the tools and methods they need in order to act as an entrepreneur and to develop as an agile leader.

All this comes in a part-time program. A total of 16 learning days are spread over 5 modules in the course of 6 months  including one intense week abroad. In-between modules, candidates spend 4 hours per week on virtual teamwork.

If you would like to run your own action learning programs following our proven approach, we are happy to support you in the implementation.
