Our program builds the self-confidence of your key talents to think and act as entrepreneurs in your organization. They experience what design thinking and lean startup means by setting up a worthwhile tangible business.

Your employees learn how to lead with purpose rather than with hierarchy and budget. They are challenged to be agile in an unknown environment. This prepares them to become an effective leader in new territories..

How does it work?
We embrace a 100% learning by doing approach: instead of studying concepts and theories in a classroom, we give leaders a real entrepreneurial challenge in an emerging market. We believe that they develop most outside of their comfort zone.
Two professional coaches accompany them on their learning journey, equipping them with all the tools and methods they need in order to act as an entrepreneur and to develop as an agile leader.
All this comes in a part-time program. A total of 16 learning days are spread over 5 modules in the course of 6 months including one intense week abroad. In-between modules, candidates spend 4 hours per week on virtual teamwork.

Candidates come from all around the world. They collaborate virtually across time zones, cultures and sectors.
Our programs are accredited by WHU, Germany‘s leading business school and IAP at ZHAW Zurich.
We charge €12,500 excluding travel costs per candidate as participation fee. If you sign up 6 monthsbefore program start, an Early Bird Fee of EUR 1,000 applies. The fee also includes support in positioning and marketing the program internally as well as selecting candidates.
If you send multiple candidates per year, the following additional discounts apply:
€500 per candidate for 3+ candidates
€1,000 per candidate for 5+ candidates
€1,500 per candidate for 10+ candidates

We involve ourselves in the selection process of candidates in our program. Admission is granted only after a personal interview.
