Join us in delivering high-impact Action Learning Programs

Making a difference as a team
Shaping the next Leading with Impact Program

We are looking for motivated and experienced BOOKBRIDGE program alumni to step into the role of Program Lead and help shape the next Leading with Impact Programs. As someone who has lived the impact learning journey yourself, you know what makes a program meaningful, transformative, and successful. This role is an opportunity to contribute directly to BOOKBRIDGE’s mission, uphold our values, and deliver the quality and impact of our programs worldwide.

About the Role

As a Program Lead, you coordinate and guide all aspects of a BOOKBRIDGE program from preparation to completion. You serve as the central point of connection between all stakeholders—participants, social entrepreneurs, coaches, investors, line managers, and the BOOKBRIDGE team—ensuring they work together smoothly toward a shared vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-design and set up programs with clients, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, managing expectations, and building a trust-based, professional relationship throughout the program cycle.

  • Recruit and onboard key stakeholders including candidates, coaches, social entrepreneurs, and impact investors, primarily in a virtual working environment.

  • Facilitate communication through 1:1 and group calls across the program journey, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage.

  • Coordinate logistics for three or four in-person modules per program.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, supporting transparency and consistency across all program phases.

  • Use digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teamwork and browser-based platforms) to keep communication and workflows running effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with other Program Leads and team members to deliver programs that are engaging, impactful, and true to the BOOKBRIDGE spirit.

What You Bring

  • Enthusiasm for connecting with people globally and contributing to BOOKBRIDGE’s mission of enabling people to create impact.

  • First-hand experience of the Action Learning Program as a BOOKBRIDGE alum.

  • Strong self-management, reliability, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups and facilitate constructive, cross-cultural collaboration.

  • Flexibility to handle varying levels of intensity across the program cycle.

Time Commitment & Compensation

We are looking for Program Leads to manage our 2027 programs. The onboarding and program setup will start in the second half of 2026.

  • 10–20% workload per program across nine months total duration, four months of set-up and five months of program delivery.

  • Willingness to travel globally up to 4 weeks per program.

  • Fair hourly rate remuneration for the actual time worked and up to half of travel time.

  • Travel expenses related to the program are covered.

  • Contracted as an independent contractor on a freelance basis.

  • Flexible work location.

  • Commitment is on a per-program basis, at least 5 programs over the duration of three years.

Are you ready to support our mission to create a world where people care and act, and to develop purpose-driven leaders while creating social impact?
