In partnership with WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, Germany's leading business school, we aim at co-creating up to four businesses which improve the job and life chances of your people. In this process, you develop your skills, you get support from up to 50 MBA students as well as pitch for funding. Apply until October 31, 2024 to join our 4-month program as a social entrepreneur.

From February to June 2025, up to 50 MBA students from Germany's leading business school WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management will step up and take responsibility as social entrepreneurs. Together with you, they will co-create up to 4 social enterprises in your community to solve existing challenges.

By engaging in our program, you will
develop your business and leadership skills with support from professional business and leadership coaches
get support from a passionate team of up to 50 MBA students in setting up a social enterprise
get access to soft loans at 0% interest to kick-start the businesses
get opportunities after the program to learn from peers and exchange best practices

As an applicant, we expect you to
have strong roots in your community
show a strong passion towards making a difference,
possess strong entrepreneurial fiber with a track record in turning things into reality,
be willing to dedicate yourself full-time to running a business which improves the job and life chances of your community members,
motivate more community members to join the program in the role as tandem partners or social entrepreneurs.
To apply for this program, you should
live in a Schengen country outside of Germany
be able to speak and write in English
be available from February to June 2025 to participate in the program
