Who are you? Are you looking for your chance to make a difference with the skills and experience you have gained so far in your professional life? Are you passionate about improving people‘s job and life chances with a sustainable business model? And can you commit yourself for 6 months or longer? Then apply to become a BOOKBRIDGE Fellow today. 

The formal admission criteria for our program are: – Minimum 3 years of professional experience – Fluent in English both in speaking and writing – Commitment for 6 months or longer 

We are open to applicants from all fields. These are the skills we are typically looking for: – Organization and planning – Entrepreneurship – Finance and Accounting – Teaching – Project Management Skills – IT

What we offer to you? We offer to you to become a member of our family of passionate social entrepreneurs in Mongolia, Cambodia or Sri Lanka. You will join our Country Team in Ulaanbaatar, Siem Reap or Bandarawela and support them to take our social enterprises to the next level. Your mission may involve travels and stays across the country. At all times, you are connected to other current and past Fellows via our online collaboration platform.

To prepare you for your journey, you join our next Capability Program to the country you are applying for. The Capability Program prepares you for your journey and allows you to build your business and leadership skills through experiential learning. Participation in this unique action learning program normally costs EUR 11.000. This fee is waived for you if you commit yourself to become a BOOKBRIDGE Fellow.

How it works? We invite you to apply to become a BOOKBRIDGE Fellow on our website. Once we have received your application, you will have a series of video calls with our Country Team, family members from your home country and past Fellows. If you get selected, an intercultural training, a language course and video calls with relevant stakeholders prepare you for your mission.
